🔄 Return Policy

Our return window lasts 72 working hours from the time of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges or returns after this period.

✅ Returns are accepted only if:

• The product is damaged or defective
   
• The wrong item was delivered
   
• The product is unused and in original packaging

💰 Refund Policy

If your return is approved after inspection:

A wallet credit will be issued for future purchases.
 

Refunds are not provided in bank accounts for cosmetic/perfumery items due to hygiene standards.
 

⚠️ Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds may be partially approved for:

Items returned with damaged packaging not due to our error
 

Shipments refused by customer (deduction of shipping & handling charges)

🧪 Product Quality & Fragrance Disputes

Fragrance is subjective and varies by individual perception. Therefore:

No refund or replacement will be issued for personal scent preferences.
 

Quality concerns must be backed by a valid lab test report.
 

Return shipping is at the customer's expense and non-refundable.

🛍️ Order Update & Cancellation Policy

🕒 Order updates (like item or address changes) are only accepted within 12 hours of placing the order.
 

❌ Order cancellation is allowed within 6 hours of placing the order.
 

🚫 No cancellation will be accepted if:
 

The customer forgets to apply a discount coupon
 

Order has already been processed/dispatched
 

🎁 Gifts & Sale Items

Gift items returned will be refunded as store credit.
 

Sale items are non-refundable.
 

🚚 Shipping for Returns

You will be responsible for return shipping costs. For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable courier service.
Naturayas® will not be liable for lost return shipments.
