Return And Replacement Policy

Considering the nature of the products offered on www.naturayas.com, Naturayas.com does not offer returns once the order has been delivered.

However, Naturayas.com offers replacement of products subject to the following terms and conditions:

Replacement Policy

1. You may request a replacement within 3 days from the date of delivery in case a defect is found in the product.

2. Upon verification and approval by Naturayas.com, the same product will be shipped to you as a replacement for the defective product.

3. Replacement is applicable only for products sold directly by Naturayas.com.

Replacement Will Not Be Applicable In The Following Cases

  • Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product.
  • Any product returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, inserts, and all other items originally included at the time of delivery.
  • Any product without a valid, readable, and untampered serial number.
  • Any product with a missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number.
  • Any product from which the EAN (International Article Number) has been removed from its original packaging.
  • Any customized or made-to-order product manufactured exclusively for the customer.
