Shipping
1. Shipping and handling charges are displayed at the time of checkout. Customers will be informed of applicable shipping charges before completing the payment.
2. Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS containing the tracking number and courier partner details. We generally dispatch most orders within 2–5 business days.
3. Estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen logistical or operational issues.
4. During sale events or festival periods, dispatch timelines may be extended due to higher order volumes. In such cases, we aim to dispatch all orders within a maximum of 7 days from the date of order.
5. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of placing the order. In cases where the billing and shipping addresses differ, complete information including address, landmark, contact person name, and contact number must be provided to ensure smooth delivery.

2. If courier services are unavailable in your area, we will ship your order through India Post via Book Post, Speed Post, or Parcel Service.
3. Orders are generally shipped within 2 working days from dispatch confirmation.
4. The estimated delivery time is typically 2–7 working days for locations serviced by our courier partners. For remote or non-serviceable areas, delivery timelines may vary depending on India Post services.
